NIST PSCR and the First Responder Network Authority are excited to host 5×5: The Public Safety Innovation Summit. This event will bring together public safety, academia, government, and industry leaders to discuss the current state of public safety communications technology and drive advancements in research, development, and deployment.

Join us in San Diego, California June 28-30, 2023 to build the future of responder communications technology.

5×5 will feature:

• The latest innovations in public safety communications technology.
• A variety of session types including plenary, campfire-style discussions, and fireside chats.
• Technology demonstrations from NIST PSCR and FirstNet Authority staff, award recipients, and external partners.
• A half-day program on June 30 for emergency management and technology road-mapping workshops.
• Opportunities for collaboration and engagement with leaders in public safety communications technology research, development, deployment, and usage.
